Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SolverX website, browser extension, Discord bot, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of the Service

SolverX is a general-purpose educational assistance tool that provides automated study support. The Service is intended for personal, supplementary learning. SolverX does not interact with, modify, or interfere with any third-party platform's infrastructure, security systems, or intellectual property. Users supply their own credentials and act on their own behalf at all times. SolverX merely processes user-supplied inputs and returns educational content.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
  • You are the lawful owner of, or have authorisation to use, any accounts and credentials you provide to the Service.
  • You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any third-party platforms you choose to access.
  • You accept sole responsibility for how you use the outputs provided by the Service.
  • You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • You will not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without written permission.
  • You will not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service's operation.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. SolverX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

SolverX offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” tier. Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, account suspension due to Terms violations, or changes to the Service's features or availability.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge this no-refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing lifetime purchases will not be affected.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content comprising the Service are the exclusive property of SolverX and its operators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal purposes only, subject to these Terms.

7. Third-Party Platforms

SolverX is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party educational platform. Any third-party trademarks, trade names, or logos referenced within the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Use of the Service in connection with third-party platforms is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with those platforms' terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLVERX, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SOLVERX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SolverX and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability. We may also terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all licences granted to you expire immediately.

12. Support

All support is currently provided exclusively through our official Discord server. We do not offer email, phone, or ticket-based support at this time. Response times are not guaranteed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
